The BFP Ford F-150 offers nostalgic 1980s styling at an additional cost of $12,995

For the 2023 model year, the Ohio-based Beechmont Ford Performance (BFP) dealer brings back the retro-inspired Ford F-150. This version offers two power options and an abundance of 1980s nostalgia, highlighted by its two-tone paint job and generous chrome accents, reminiscent of that era.

In 2019, we had our initial encounter with the retrolicious pickup truck, experiencing BFP’s unique creation. Following that, in 2021, the Ford dealer unveiled its striking styling pack for the newly introduced 14th generation of the F-150.

Introducing the latest version of the nostalgia-infused pack for the 2023 Ford pickup, BFP brings forth new enhancements. This time, powered by the legendary 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine, the pack offers two power levels. The base variant boasts 400 horsepower, while the second option ramps up the output to an impressive 700 hp, thanks to the inclusion of a Ford Performance supercharged Coyote V8 motor.

Regardless of the chosen power level, the stock exhaust system is replaced in the new iteration. Customers now have the option to select either an MBRP or a Roush Performance cat-back exhaust as a replacement. The choice of exhaust system depends on the customer’s preference.

The exterior design of the car has the ability to evoke nostalgic memories for those who experienced the prime of the 1970s and 1980s. It showcases a dual-color paint job inspired by the Ford Bronco from four decades ago. Furthermore, numerous chrome parts replace the modern black elements, including chrome bumpers, chrome grille, chrome door handles, chrome running boards, chrome badging, chrome wheels, and a chrome bed rack.

Atop the rack, a set of KC Daylighter round lights with yellow smiley face caps can be found. The 3-inch lift kit and 33-inch BFGoodrich all-terrain tires enhance the overall appearance, giving the entire vehicle a resemblance to those seen on the original A-Team TV series set.

The 400 hp version begins at an additional cost of $12,995, while the supercharged variant with 700 hp starts at $25,095. These prices are in addition to the chosen F-150 trim level selected by the customer. BFP states that the average price of a fully equipped Retro pickup with the base engine choice is approximately $75,110, whereas the more powerful version has an average selling price of $87,210.

However, the final price may vary depending on the options chosen for the base vehicle, potentially resulting in a higher or lower cost.

The BFP Ford F-150 offers an option to add retro-inspired 1980s styling for an additional cost of $12,995. This package allows customers to enhance the appearance of their Ford F-150 with design elements reminiscent of the 1980s era.

The styling features include two-tone paint jobs, generous chrome accents, and other nostalgic touches. By opting for this package, customers can give their F-150 a unique and eye-catching look that pays homage to the iconic styling of the 1980s.
