The 2024 Mazda3 has a price increase of $1,720 compared to last year's model. It also introduces a new trim called Carbon Turbo

For the 2024 Mazda3, there have been changes to the trim lineup, with some grades being added and others being removed. The starting price, including the $1,165 destination fee, is now $25,335, reflecting an increase of $1,720 compared to the previous year.

In the 2024 Mazda3 lineup, the S grade continues as the base model, but it is now exclusively offered as a sedan. Notable enhancements in terms of standard features include blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert with rear door alert.

Powering the Mazda3 is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which delivers an output of 191 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque.

Introducing the Select Sport, a fresh addition to the 2024 Mazda3 trim lineup, which takes the place of the previous Select grade. The Select Sport is offered in both sedan and hatchback variants.

It boasts convenient features such as keyless entry, dual-zone climate control, a rear armrest with cup holders, and side-mirror-mounted turn signals. The upholstery in this trim is black leatherette, adding a touch of elegance to the interior.

Incorporating additional comfort and convenience, the Preferred grade brings notable upgrades to the 2024 Mazda3. These include a power moonroof, heated front seats, and an eight-way power driver seat.

The cabin offers a choice between black or Greige leatherette upholstery, allowing for a stylish and versatile interior.

The Carbon Edition of the 2024 Mazda3 is now exclusively equipped with all-wheel drive. This trim level also introduces wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless connectivity. In addition, it features a convenient Qi wireless phone charger.

The Carbon Edition is available in the striking Polymetal Gray color, complemented by red leather upholstery, creating a distinctive and eye-catching combination.

The 2024 Mazda3 Premium grade is now exclusively offered with a six-speed manual transmission, front-wheel drive, and the hatchback body style.

This model is equipped with a premium Bose 12-speaker stereo system, a head-up display, navigation functionality, and an adaptive front lighting system. On the interior, you have the option of black or red leather upholstery, adding a touch of sophistication to the cabin.

In place of the Turbo grade, the 2024 Mazda3 introduces the Carbon Turbo trim. This new trim features a turbocharged engine, delivering an impressive output of 250 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque when fueled with 93-octane gasoline. The Carbon Turbo models are exclusively equipped with all-wheel drive for enhanced performance.

On the exterior, the body is adorned in Zircon Sand Metallic, complemented by gloss-black side mirrors. Inside the cabin, you’ll find a stylish combination of black and terracotta leatherette upholstery with red stitching accents.

The infotainment screen in the Carbon Turbo trim measures 10.25 inches, providing a larger display compared to the 8.8-inch screen found in other grades.

Remaining as the top-tier trim, the Turbo Premium Plus retains its position in the 2024 Mazda3 lineup. The sedan variant of this trim boasts a rear lip spoiler, while the hatchback version features a roof spoiler and a front air dam for a sporty appearance.

Notable enhancements in terms of safety features include Rear Direction Base Safety, which incorporates braking assist while in reverse, as well as traffic jam assist, a 360-degree camera system, traffic sign recognition, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

In terms of amenities, the Turbo Premium Plus offers a 12-speaker stereo system, navigation functionality, and a head-up display, ensuring a premium driving experience.

Mazda offers a selection of five premium paint colors, each adding a touch of luxury to the vehicle’s appearance. Soul Red Crystal Metallic and Machine Gray Metallic are available at an additional cost of $595. Meanwhile, Polymetal Gray Metallic, Snowflake White Pearl Mica, and Ceramic Metallic are priced at $450 for those looking to personalize their Mazda3 with these elegant color options.
